Moto Genius – Return and Refund Policy

At Moto Genius, we value your trust and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and reliable. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• 7 Days Easy Replacement

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customers must record a complete 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • The shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The surrounding environment clearly visible

  This video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, wrong, or missing products. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

• Items purchased under clearance sale or special discounts (unless defective).

• Personal use items such as helmets, gloves, or safety gear if opened/used (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

• If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size and color variations, subject to availability.

• If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Return Shipping

• In case of damaged or wrong products, customers will need to self-ship the product to our provided return address, as reverse pickup service is currently unavailable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid delays.
