3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned during promotions or checkout).
International shipping charges will vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier issues, customs clearance, or peak festive seasons).
Moto Genius is not responsible for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Moto Genius will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue.
